After suffering an infiltration of storefronts set up to defraud global buyers that it uncovered in February, Alibaba has rolled out a number of initiatives to make it easier for small and medium sized retailers around the world to work with suppliers in China. Linda Kozlowski said the company also took a look at how it serviced its buyers and created a new team called Buyer Voice. Kozlowski went from her role in Corporate Affairs to a newly created position, Director of Global Marketing and Customer Experience to help lead the efforts.
